The venue
The open-air stage
A raised stage with a backdrop wall, floodlights mounted on a gantry, a sound system, and lawn seating set out in front of it.
The stage is used for company addresses, awards evenings, school functions and performances. Chairs are laid out on the lawn to your numbers, and the dining hall is a short walk away for the meal afterwards.

All three can be quoted with meals included, which usually makes the per-person cost easier to compare against alternatives.

Residential offsite
A 23-hour stay with three meals and the evening bonfire included. Group rooms sleep four, so a team of twenty fits into five rooms.

How group bookings are quoted
Group bookings are quoted individually rather than taken from a rate table. The variables are headcount, whether the group stays overnight, and what has to be arranged in advance.
Send the number of people, your dates and an outline of how the day should run. We will reply with a plan and a per-person total including meals, so there is a single figure to take to whoever approves the budget.
