Two room types, both with attached bathrooms and plantation-facing windows. Every stay runs for 23 hours and includes three meals and all activities.
How the stay works
A stay is counted as 23 hours from check-in rather than as a standard hotel night. The extra time covers lunch on the day you arrive, so three meals fall inside a single-night booking instead of two.

Check in, drop your bags and have lunch, with the pool, kayaks and lawn open for the rest of the afternoon.

Buffet dinner is served in the open dining hall, followed by the bonfire on the lawn.

Vegetarian breakfast is served the following morning, with time for a final swim before you check out.
The rooms
Both types face the plantation and have attached bathrooms with hot water. Both are charged at the same per-person rate, which includes all meals.
Bright, uncluttered rooms finished in white with marble flooring and full-height windows on two sides. Sheer curtains keep the afternoon light soft, and the plantation stays in view from the bed.
Each room sleeps three, with one double bed and one single, and has an attached bathroom with running hot water. Rooms are charged per person and the rate includes all meals and activities.

It has the same attached bathroom, hot water and plantation outlook as the Plantation Rooms.
This is the room that makes an offsite practical: a team of twenty fits into five of these, so nobody is placed in a separate block away from the rest of the group.

Yes. The Day Out package runs from 11 AM to 6 PM at ₹999 per person and includes welcome drinks, lunch and evening tea. An extended version starts at 9 AM and adds breakfast, at ₹1,299 per person. Both include the pool and all activities.

The terms that apply to your booking are set out in your written confirmation, before anything is paid. If your plans change, call us as early as you can and we will do what we can to move your dates rather than cancel the booking.
